Welcome to the D118 Technology Help Desk Center

This help desk site is for questions or issues having to do with technology only. In order to streamline requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. You can find a guide on how to submit tickets here.

   

To ensure your issue is taken care of as quickly and accurately as possible, please indicate who is experiencing the issue regardless of who is submitting the ticket. For instance, if you are a parent but your student is having trouble logging into their Chromebook or an online textbook, please select "Student Issue" so you can be given the most relevant help.

 

We also have a knowledge base which you can find near the top of the page if you are on a computer or inside the right-hand menu on mobile. It has many common problems and solutions so please look through it if you need an immediate solution.
